I developed a custom Zoho Analytics dashboard to address this specific issue. A long-term Zoho CRM customer needed an expert analysis of their existing setup. Their goal was to modernize and streamline their CRM processes but weren't sure where to start this monumental task.
After a thorough review of their current Zoho CRM setup, I provided a detailed analysis with recommendations for improvements. Unlike consultants who only suggest changes, I personally implemented these recommendations.
